USER INTERVIEW
Simple. Clear. Effective

Using user insights, I prioritized clarity and accessibility in the redesign.

I redesigned the interface with clarity and accessibility in mind — simplifying language, highlighting key information, and guiding users with visuals and prompts. The objective was to help users navigate the tool effortlessly and take action with confidence

USER TESTING
prototype
Built for people, not complexity.

An intuitive interface designed for quick navigation, key insights, and confident decisions.

ITERATION
Designed for clarity, validated by users.

In a simulated air quality emergency, participants tested both interfaces. The old version caused hesitation, while the new one led to faster, more confident actions.

I designed 3 scenarios to test user interactions, timing their performance and conducting follow up questions to understand their thoughts and feeling throughout each task.

Based on the feedback from these tests I refined the interface and functionality to address usability issues.
